I make a lot of pizza, and I love trying out new ideas. But I've never given an effort to write those ideas and processes down, so when I finish up making a pizza I've sometimes forgotten exactly what it was I did. Combine that with people occasionally asking me for a recipe, and you come up with the reason I've created a new pizza blog.
