(This post is from my old, old, super old site. My views have changed over the years, hopefully my writing has improved, and there is now more than a handful of folks reading my site. Enjoy.)

The story of my life:
Getting Things Done When You're Only a Grunt

I haven't done everything in there, but I come pretty close. Lots of good suggestions to go off of, especially the "making enemies" part.

I'm listening to No Code by Pearl Jam right now- I haven't listened to it in quite some time... it's a pretty good album, especially compared to the crap that's being pumped out now.

My friend Jill asked me to copy some cd's for her (she's been out of the country for 2.5 years, and has missed out on a bunch of music) - and going through my collection, I haven't really found a whole lot that's standing out as "new". I copied a couple of Ben Harper albums for her, and Buddy Guy's latest album... but damn, there hasn't been that much good music lately that's worth copying.

I have "Gorillaz" on order right now.. and I should get it tomorrow... we'll see how that turns out.

It's early.

It's actually just 8:42, but it's still feels really early. I guess 4 days of sleeping in really late, didn't put me in to mood for going back to work.
