(This post is from my old, old, super old site. My views have changed over the years, hopefully my writing has improved, and there is now more than a handful of folks reading my site. Enjoy.)
From the Dr: It's the country western song generator
I met her at a truck stop poppin' uppers;
I can still recall that burlap bra she wore;
She was crawlin' through the prairie when she shot me,
and I knew they'd hate her guts in Baltimore;
She asked me if I'd live off her forever;
She said to me that Nixon didn't lie;
But who'd have thought she'd black out with her dentist;
I guess I was too smashed to say goodbye.
