Monday night I went climbing. I climbed pretty hard- red pointed an 11a, and an 11b- cruised the bottom section of a hard aret only climb... and overall kicked ass. I was feeling very strong. Then later on that night I kind of got a sore throat. Tuesday I had a sore through all day long, and today- I feel like absolute crap. Head cold, and I want to puke if I walk too fast.
I guess the point is- how the heck can you go from climbing really strong to feeling like absolute crap in the span of 1 day?
Well, I hope I feel better later on today.. and tomorrow- Or else I'm going to have to skip out on climbing.
