(This post is from my old, old, super old site. My views have changed over the years, hopefully my writing has improved, and there is now more than a handful of folks reading my site. Enjoy.)

Oh, what to do today.

Later on, I'm going to go climbing with Ryan, but until then, I'm freaken bored. I imagine I could work on my app server some more, but I've hit a point where I'm torn on what to do- security vs. convenience. Do I allow java code to be edited from the web or not? I can put security managers in, so access to the filesystem isn't allowed, and tcp stuff isn't either- but still, there's lots of stuff that could go wrong... the alternative is to only allow pre-existing classes to be loaded up..

Arg. Maybe I'll make it a prefrence or something.

....

Mizzou plays again today- they're in the elite 8 now. I can't believe we beat UCLA- I thought for sure we would lose that game, but I'm happy we didn't. With some luck, they'll win again today.
