(This post is from my old, old, super old site. My views have changed over the years, hopefully my writing has improved, and there is now more than a handful of folks reading my site. Enjoy.)

I was shocked 3 times today.

The first time was when I opened up the door when I got home from work- an issue of Game Developer magazine (published by CMP). How did they know I was working on a new game? :)

The second time was when I opened up the mag and the very frist thing I saw was a 2 page spread from apple- with the caption "Sends other UNIX boxes to /dev/null", and with the terminal in the foreground no less.

The third time I was shocked was when I noticed what was missing, and what was there. Long time mac folks will probably notice it right away. I'll give you a hint- the initals are i.e.
