(This post is from my old, old, super old site. My views have changed over the years, hopefully my writing has improved, and there is now more than a handful of folks reading my site. Enjoy.)

the greatest pizza in the world.

And it's baking in my oven right now. Dave was kind enough to buy me a half-baked frozen pizza from Shake's when he was in como a little while ago. I got it yesterday, and I shall eat it in about 20 minutes or so.

Pizza is a religious/spiritual thing for me. I take it very seriously. So when Kirstin told me about the type of pizza they had in Seattle, I was gravely concerned. While I was visiting there, I didn't manage to try out any of the local pies, but I did talk to another ex-columbianite (Joe) whom had tried some of the local pizzas. And it was as I feared- "Nobody has the crust that Shake's has".

What a bummer. At least Shakespeare's will fed-ex a half bake to ya overnight.
