(This post is from my old, old, super old site. My views have changed over the years, hopefully my writing has improved, and there is now more than a handful of folks reading my site. Enjoy.)

So Panther is out now- and I have to tell you- it rules. It's faster, and it's got a bunch of neat new tricks as well.

I don't know how I lived without Exposé in 10.2

Another great feature, that I'm sure only python and print geeks will enjoy, is the CoreGraphics python module that's included now. Making pdf's has never been so easy. Check out this (kinda silly) python script- (this) It'll download my blog entries, and create a pdf with a new page for every in there. This example is pretty worthless, but think of combining it with a cgi- custom pdf's on the fly? Oh yea. This is going to be a boon for print houses.
