(This post is from my old, old, super old site. My views have changed over the years, hopefully my writing has improved, and there is now more than a handful of folks reading my site. Enjoy.)
I'm getting really close to finishing up VoodooPad now. I've got a handful of known bugs, and that's about it that's left. There will be another version of VoodooPad in the future (1.1) with a bunch of stuff that I want to get in there... but for now, this is good. It's actually got more features than I originally planned... but isn't that the way with all software?
Anyway, before the day is over, there will be a 0.7 release of it, and hopefully nobody will find any bugs in it.
Anyway, finishing something like this feels pretty good. Gives you a nice little high for some reason... finishing tough software is always a good feeling.
