Ok, I'm tired of writing/maintaining my own bug database- I've got real work to do. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good, customizable, web based bug tracking system written in either perl, python, or php? I've already tried phpBugTracker, but I don't like the way it wants to write to certain directories...

So I'm trying to figure out ways to communicate with my FM customers / potential customers. I've got a Flying Meat blog, but I never post to it, because.. well, I don't have that much to say over there (right now anyway).
But as I was reading a post over on the MacNN forums written by Tim Omernick of The Omni Group, I sort of thought... hey... I could do that. (The bulletin board, not OmniWeb.)
A quick jaunt over to Konfabulator's forums to find out what software they were using, and a couple of minutes later (seriously, this stuff was easy to set up) I had phpBB up and running.
And thus it was named- The FM Board.
Anyway, I hope some activity happens over there- I'm not sure what will happen really. I just need to do a little bit of promotion on the website with it, and hopefully the a little community will spring up. I'll try not to over water it, and give it the right kind nutrients and such...
Anyway, off to other things.
