4 mice from Macworld

Horray! VoodooPad Lite got 4 out of 5 mice in the November issue of Macworld. Super cool. It was a part of a software bargains column, and they even put in a screen shot! SubEthaEdit also made a showing and got 4 1/2 mice.

There was just one problem though. Macworld turned on metal windows in the preferences, and then took the screen shot. I hate metal, it makes VoodooPad look like ass. So I think I'm going to have to remove that preference. I'll probably still have some way to turn it on via the command line, but I can't ever let it show up in a magazine looking like that again. I feel like a parent who sent their kid off on the first day of school wearing some sort of God awful outfit. Shame on me.

I should have asked myself "What would Omni do?", or maybe "What would Panic do?" before I put that opotion in VoodooPad. I think I'll just have to tattoo "wwod, wwpd?" on my wrist or something... or maybe a t-shirt will do.
