GMDC: Election Day Edition

All Things Considered: The Four-Legged Homecoming Queen.

I was laughing my ass off at that story. It's streamed with RealMedia, but it's worth it.

And these lines from CARS made me laugh as well:

"If Kerry wins, I expect to be up to my armpits in hookers and booze.

Conversely, if Bush wins, I expect to be up to my armpits in hookers and booze."

I got up pretty early to vote today and when I arrived at my polling location, there were lots and lots of confused old ladies running the show, and waiting in line to vote. There were definitely more people there than last time, but besides that it went pretty smooth. I waited in a total of 3 lines and it probably took about 30 minutes total. Which is alot better than one coworker- he got to his polling location at 7:45, and didn't leave till 11:30. That's a long long wait.

You voted today, right? Good, glad to hear it.
