If you're ever in St. Louis, and you get an urge to eat some raw fish wrapped up in rice and seaweed, with some spicy green stuff to match- check out Wasabi in the downtown area. I met Byron there tonight for dinner, and it was pretty good. It's probably the best I've had in the mid west, although Byron has some place in Chicago that he says is really good.
