An Introduction to Programming OS X and Cocoa Workshop.
If you live in the Seattle area (which I don't, but it seems like every one else does some times) and you want to get started out with Cocoa programming, check it out.
Joe is going to be helping out as well, and in my experience he's been a pretty good teacher.
