(This post is from my old, old, super old site. My views have changed over the years, hopefully my writing has improved, and there is now more than a handful of folks reading my site. Enjoy.)

It's Friday, so here's my bug report for Apple (#4292081).

"Script Editor moves the cursor position on file saves."

When saving a dirty document in Script Editor (that has already been saved at least once), the insertion point changes to the end of the text view. This is extremely annoying when you have a trigger happy cmd-s finger.

I hate that.

I've updated my fmdb classes (simple cocoa wrappers for sqlite, the greatest little database engine ever created). The main change is that you no longer need to add a nil at the end of your sql statements. It also comes with a build of sqlite 3.2.7, which was compiled on 10.3.9. Download here, or read about it from my original post.

PCWorld: A Magic Notepad. Connect the dots between your thoughts with this deceptively simple text editor with a twist.

Wow- PC World did an online review of VoodooPad.

... PC World.

I can't even get Mac Central (owned by Mac World) to notice new releases, and I get a review in PC World.

Cool!
