(This post is from my old, old, super old site. My views have changed over the years, hopefully my writing has improved, and there is now more than a handful of folks reading my site. Enjoy.)

I can say for sure VoodooPad 2.1 won't be done for Tiger's release now. Oh well. I found a couple of annoying bugs, and some helpful users have pointed out some problems VP's Spotlight support that I need to ask some questions on. These are new bugs though- 2.0 works fine with Tiger.

I feel better about pushing the date out a little bit more anyway, since I haven't really spent any quality time with VP on 10.4 and I'm hoping more eyeballs will catch things that I missed. Like TextEdit's new list support: "Now create lists with numbers, letters and bullets and save them in TextEdit's rich text format."

Neat. I think that would close about 150 VP feature requests right there.

I'm going to spend a few cycles tonight cleaning up my cool little 10.4 app that I had an inspiration for last week, but then it's back to fixing VP bugs. I'll get VP 2.1b2 out as soon as I can.
