And the the #macsb iron coder topic is... Accessibility! (ohhh look at that shiny new irconcoder.org domain as well- thanks Jonathan!)

The first thing that popped into my mind when I heard that was Quicksliver. It's got this great trigger you can setup that'll look through the current application's menu items and do it's auto-complete action magic with it, and it uses the Accessibility api's to look up the menu items.
