(This post is from my old, old, super old site. My views have changed over the years, hopefully my writing has improved, and there is now more than a handful of folks reading my site. Enjoy.)

I feel like I've just had one of my most productive days ever with VoodooPad. It was probably only because I had some help (in the form of a drink) from the pretty girls at Espresso Connection, but hey- who cares if it gets the job done?

I closed about 60-70 bugs/feature bugs today. W00t. A "feature bug" is a missing feature that is so obvious that it should be considered a bug. Like a reasonable way to get a pasted image out of a page. Technically that's a feature.. but- shesh, people drop in photoshop images and expect to be able to get them out. And then there were the little obscure bugs... like the run window not remembering it's position, or not being able to undo "Apply default font" from the plugins menu. I even fixed that pesky issue where linking CJK page names wouldn't work unless there were spaces on either side of the words. Run em' all together, VP doesn't care anymore.

Low hanging fruit, hurrah. Well, mostly low hanging anyway. It sure takes a load off your mind trimming the bugs list way down.
