Atomic Bird's MondoMouse "gives your mouse super powers". Moving and resizing windows without bringing a background app forward, focus follows mouse, and more.
I like this because MondoMouse started out as one of the entries for Ironcoder's first contents. Tom Harrington did a good job turning it into a full product.
