Jesse Grosjean: The life and drama of a Mac shareware developer.

Jesse started charging for a product that was previously free, and then drama steps in.

His post reminds me that you're never going to be able to make everyone happy, and (at least in my experience) you don't want the customers who don't value what you create anyway. So just don't let anyone drag you down, and it'll get better over time.
