Kevin Avila has written a plugin for VoodooPad that executes pages and scripts as PHP code. But instead of executing and printing out in your browser like most php applications, you can write scripts and such in VoodooPad and have it output to a window.
He's also including the source of the plugin for anyone that might be interested in it, and you can download both the plugin and the source from his website.
