Did you know that by default in 10.5, cmd-shift-/ is set to open up the Help menu? And then you can use the little search view in there to autocomplete the available menu items. Awesome.

And- I'm not sure if this is new in 10.5 or not, but Interface Builder 2 will let you do math in the little width and height boxes:

Sadly, this doesn't seem to work in the newer IB3.
