(This post is from my old, old, super old site. My views have changed over the years, hopefully my writing has improved, and there is now more than a handful of folks reading my site. Enjoy.)
For some reason, I've got a certain live version of Crossroads played by Eric Clapton stuck in my head when I think of a theme song for WWDC (don't ask). But unfortunately that song is copyrighted so I can't provide it for ya.
Instead, let me offer this recording of Derek Trucks playing Key to the Highway, originally written by Big Bill Broonzy and played all the time by Clapton. We loves Derek Trucks.
. . .
Next Wednesday night I'm going to be giving part of the "Going Indie" presentation at the Cocoaheads meeting at the Apple Store in downtown San Francisco. Daniel Jalkut and Wil Shipley will also be presenting, so it should be pretty awsome. See ya there?
