University of Washington Extension: Certificate in iPhone and Cocoa Development.
The course starts this fall in downtown Seattle, and is made up of a total of 3 courses (Obj-C + Mac, iPhone, and advanced topics).
The Advisory board is made up of some stellar folks (and myself somehow), so it should be good bet if you're looking into jumping into Mac and iPhone dev for work or curiosity.
