St. Louis is having a conference Oct 14-15th: Strange Loop Conference.

"Strange Loop is a developer-run software conference. Innovation, creativity, and the future happen in the magical nexus "between" established areas. Strange Loop eagerly promotes a mix of languages and technologies in this nexus, bringing together the worlds of bleeding edge technology, enterprise systems, and academic research."

I wish I had known about it earlier, I might have timed my recent trip back to St. Louis to coincide with the conf. I pretty much grew up in the 6 block area where they are having it. Hopefully next year!

Speaking of conferences, 360 Mac Dev is happening December 10-11th, in Denver. I won't be able to make this one either, but it sounds really fun. They are also looking for folks to put on a session if you've got something to talk about.

And SecondConf is another indie Mac / iOS conf in Chicago, from Oct 22-24th. Looks to be like the spiritually successor to C4.
