Pixel Union has a great interview up with Buzz Andersen. Buzz is a long time Mac and iOS programmer (whom I've known since 2003?) who has managed to work at a ton of great places- Apple, he did the indie thing for a while, was an early employee Square, more indie stuff, and now resides at Tumblr.
